Refund & Cancellation

To maintain a high-trust directory, MSMEbazar.com charges one-off or periodic auditing fees to manually check a business's tax status (GST, PAN, or MSME registration).

Please Note: Once the background audit and verification check has commenced, the fee is 100% non-refundable regardless of whether your business passes or fails the verification check. This covers the administrative and legal resources expended during the background check.

Sellers registered on our premium monthly or annual promotional tiers under SarNit Infotech Pvt. Ltd. can cancel their subscription at any time:

• Cancellations must be requested via your Vendor Dashboard or by mailing billing@msmebazar.com at least 5 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Upon cancellation, your listings will remain active with premium benefits until the end of your current prepaid period, after which they will revert to the standard free tier.
• No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of an active billing month or year.

Registered vendors on lead consumption tiers are protected under our Fair Lead Guarantee. If you purchase or consume lead credits to view buyer requirements and discover that a lead is:

• A duplicate or contains fictitious contact coordinates (bad phone/email),
• A clear system spam message or test submission,

You may dispute the lead within 7 days of consumption through your Leads panel. Our support team will audit the record, and upon validation, credit back the consumed lead point to your dashboard balance. Cash refunds are not provided for lead packages.
