The Platform is designed strictly for wholesale B2B trade interactions. To register as a supplier/vendor on the directory:

• You must represent a valid corporate body, manufacturing firm, partnership, or sole proprietorship holding a valid Indian tax identification (GST, PAN, or MSME registration certificate).
• All details uploaded regarding supply capacities, physical office/factory sites, and catalogs must be 100% accurate.
• SarNit Infotech reserves the complete right to strip verified trust marks or ban accounts that present fictitious information or engage in trade malpractices.

MSMEbazar.com acts strictly as a directory matchmaking gateway.

• We do not participate in financial processing, escrow, shipping, or contract arbitration between buyers and suppliers.
• There are zero brokerage or commission fees charged on any trade agreements initiated through our inquiry widgets.
• Buyers and sellers are independently responsible for conducting background checks, validating shipping bills, and managing corporate contracts. SarNit Infotech accepts no liability for disputes arising from offline trade interactions.

All software architecture, logos, page designs, search algorithms, and metadata layouts on MSMEbazar.com are the exclusive intellectual property of SarNit Infotech Pvt. Ltd.. Suppliers retain copyright over their specific uploaded product images and corporate brochures; however, by posting them, they grant MSMEbazar.com a non-exclusive license to showcase them to search engine crawlers and public directory visitors.

SarNit Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user listing or profile access without prior warning if we suspect malicious actions, spam lead submissions, directory scraping, or any violation of the spirit of B2B transparency.
